Mediation

After 20+ years as a trial attorney prosecuting, defending and negotiating an array of claims on behalf of individuals, homeowner associations, small business and national corporations, Andrew understands the value of resolution and has a very real understanding how to get there.  Andrew leverages this experience as a certified mediator to help parties achieve a solution on their own terms.
Andrew employs a combination of evaluative and facilitative approaches to the dispute resolution process.   A thorough understanding of the factual and legal issues in dispute and access to information are critical for Andrew and the parties to begin the mediation process.
Prior to the session, Andrew requires an in-depth exchange of information and preliminary discussions between he and counsel.  The goal here is to empower the parties to explore and negotiate opportunities at the beginning of the session instead of spending the first several hours identifying issues and understanding positions.
Andrew is available for both in-person and remote mediation via Zoom.
