

Anna’s practice specializes in real estate transactions, focusing on negotiating and drafting commercial lease agreements, as well as structuring and facilitating purchase and sale agreements. Her recent work primarily centers on hospitality, medical, office and multifamily projects. Anna is also experienced in guiding clients through business acquisitions and asset sales, providing tailored legal solutions to ensure smooth transactions and protect clients’ financial and operational interests.
Anna also has extensive experience serving as general counsel to condominium, homeowner, and cooperative associations. Before relocating to Colorado, she practiced community association law at large firms in California and Florida. She has a deep understanding of the Colorado Common Interest Ownership Act and offers services such as document review and drafting, as well as guidance for developers, boards, and owners on statutory and operational aspects of common interest communities.

Anna attended Colgate University and received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco. Originally from Sun Valley, Idaho, Anna is excited to ski with her children, Tina and Tom, in Colorado’s mountains.
