Todd Stalmack

Todd Stalmack is a trial lawyer with over two and half decades of experience handling complex medical malpractice, product liability, industrial accident and catastrophic injury matters throughout the country.

Before joining GibbsDye, Todd was a partner at one of Chicago’s largest and most prestigious personal injury defense firms, where he defended medical negligence and catastrophic injury cases in state and federal courts. Todd has a unique and comprehensive mastery of defense strategies, insurer decision-making, expert development, and trial tactics that he now leverages to provide top shelf representation for plaintiffs.  Todd has recovered millions of dollars for his clients a variety of personal injury, medical negligence, catastrophic injury, and mass tort litigation matters.

Todd attended Lake Forest College and graduated with honors from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he served as an editor of the law review. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, and Colorado. He was named an Illinois Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2011 to 2019 and was selected as a Colorado Super Lawyer in 2022.
